Product Description Colman Indoor Tent Light Magnet Secures Light Without Harming Tent Material Multi Mountable, Use For Tent, Closet, Shed, Etc Powerful Xenon Bulb Easy On/Off Switch Operates On 4 "AA" Cell Batteries
Amazon.com Product Description A great addition to any camping trip, the Coleman tent light will keep your tent illuminated during the evening hours. The light attaches to your tent poles easily and securely via the built-in magnet, so you needn't worry about damaging your tent fabric. The light's powerful, replaceable Krypton bulb, meanwhile, offers plenty of light for reading, playing games, or chatting. Best of all, the light--which operates on four AA batteries (sold separately)--won't get in your way while you sleep or hang out, unlike standard lanterns. Made in China, the light includes an easy on/off switch. About Coleman The Coleman Company has been creating and innovating products for recreational outdoor use since W.C. Coleman started selling gasoline-powered lanterns in 1900. Inventor of the hugely popular fold-up camp stove, Coleman developed a plastic liner for his galvanized steel coolers in 1957--the birth of the modern cooler--and the company has been improving their utility and design ever since. The array of products that bear the Coleman name now includes just about everything you might need to work or play outdoors, from tents and sleeping bags to boats, backpacks, and furniture.

I love, love, love, this light.Take my word for it buy this and you will not regret it.I bought this becuase,i'm going backpacking across europe this summer.I took out my gear for a test run this weekend and fell in love with this light. The light really lit up my tent and is easy use.You can put it anywhere in tent or anywhere you need an extra light. This light runs off 4 AA batteries and takes up little space in your bag.
A great Idea July 5, 2007 J. Waldvogel 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
What a great Idea this is. I just used it on my Camping trip and it worked out great. Before I was using a Flashlight or whatever else that was handy and it was a hassle. Only light up a small Area, hunt for the light, etc. This light uses some AA battery's that pop right in. It's Magnetic. Really Strong and a Metal plate that you remove. Just turn it and pull off. You place the light inside the tent on Top. either after it's put up if it's a small tent, or before it's up, and place the metal plate on the outside. This holds the light up. Then you can put the Final Covering over the top of the tent and your done. Then just push the button on the side to turn it on and off. It will light up the entire tent. It's not that large and doesn't weigh very much, but does a pretty good job and the light should last for quite a while. Mine worked full power for a week of camping. If you have a really large tent, maybe having 2 would be a good Idea. The price is right. 1 was more then good enough for my use.
tiny bulb-lots of light October 11, 2006 Michael Newman (San Antonio, Tx) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This light worked very well inside the tent. Of course it's not like a 100w bulb at home but for camping it was GREAT. I used it inside a 3 room 8 man tent and it did very well.
It worked April 4, 2007 Ricardo Placencia (Irvine, CA) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This cute little light is awesome. I have a small tent, and I haven't used it in a bigger tent, but it gives off a lot of light. On the way home from camping, the light was accidentally turned on, and the battery didn't die! It has been 8 months since my camping trip, and I am still using the same batteries.
Meets Expectations-Great July 3, 2007 Richard Roper (North Carolina) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
Purchased two Coleman Tent Lights this spring. Worked great! They don't give off enough light to read by but I didn't buy them for that reason. Provided enough light to see and move around in the tent in the dark. Would purchase again.
